岗位职责：
1.组织完善公司各项行政管理制度及相关流程，并督促、检查、评估流程的贯彻执行；
2.掌握行政系统工作情况和公司行政管理工作的运作情况，定期组织做好办公职能检查，及时发现问题、解决问题，同时督促做好纠正和预防措施工作，适时向总经理汇报；
3.全面统筹公司人力资源年度战略，建立并完善人力资源管理体系及制度；加强公司人力资源的预测和统筹工作，根据各部门经营状况和市场情况，合理调整组织机构、人员结构和工资福利待遇，组织制定、完善和执行员工编制、员工招聘、员工薪酬、奖金分配及福利待遇等方案；
4.负责公司的企业文化建设，筹划增强员工凝聚力的相关活动；
5.组织重要来宾的接待工作和相关外联工作；
6.客服中心的规划以及管理，搭建客户服务系统平台，并不断优化；
7.完成上级交办的其他工作任务，与各部门充分配合。

任职资格：
1.工商管理、人力资源、行政管理或相关专业全日制大学专科以上学历；
2.8年人事行政管理经验，其中包括3年以上人力行政经理工作经验；
3.对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累，对人事行政各个职能模块均有较深入的认识，能够指导各个职能模块的工作；
4.具有独立的办公室管理，组织，协调各部门关系能力,亲个人和力及团队精神优秀，善于协调和处理各层级员工关系；
5.熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇、培训等方面的法律法规及政策；
6.具有良好的服务意识及应变能力，有解决突发事件的处理能力；
7.工作积极主动，吃苦敬业，品行端正，责任心强。
