Accountabilities:

Overall, the Inventory Analyst is the inventory owner. She/he will maintain the accuracy of ELC inventory at subcontractors, assist in achieving targeted customer service level of 99% and to serve as the key point person for maintaining the flow of inventory movements from/to SAP

1. Inventory management

a) Reconcile inventory discrepancies

b) Document and process inventory adjustments – cycle count

c) Research material consumption discrepancies (over consumption, etc), make corrections and manage material consumption adjustments

d) Coordinate timely execution/reporting of Subcontractor material disposal for DAV/NCR

e) Work with planners to drive inventory reduction

f) Inventory process owner – develop/maintain inventory processes

2. Inventory SAP transactions management

a) Enter SAP movements for stock return requests

b) Ensure timely input of material transactions

c) Process all transactions for virtual movements

d) Perform manual SAP receipt and delivery transactions when appropriate-"Delivery Due", "Delivery Cancellation/Deletion" and other trouble shooting roles as needed.

3. Troubleshooting coordinator

a) Monitor/respond to errors using error handling tools and procedures when automated inventory transaction failures

b) Assist planners with receiving issues, investigating error messages, explaining corrections

4. Team KPI report owner.

5. Other tasks assigned. Background

Education

College degree or above in manufacturing, operations, supply chain or engineering disciplines

Work Experience

1. >3 years solid supply chain planning/inventory control experience is must

2. Solid SAP experience more than 3 years is must

Required Knowledge/Skill

1. In-depth SAP end user knowledge is a must.

2. Good English communication skill (both oral and written) is a must.

3. Good knowledge of material planning/production planning/deployment knowledge is preferred.

4. Good knowledge of supply chain loss elimination/experience of conducting supply chain loss analysis/leading loss elimination projects is a plus.
