Responsibility:
- Analyse Technical, Warranty and Workshop related processes within dealership Aftersales operations
- Implement actions against analysis to bring about measurable improvements
- Provide guidance and coaching on enhanced diagnosis methods and workshop practices
- Work together with dealership key staff and technicians to ensure maintained standards of implementation
- Carry out regular Warranty and Technical audits to ensure manufacturer standards are always met.
- Develop action plans to address deficiencies and report to Group ASM
- Provide regular analysis and feedback to Group Aftersales Manager on progress of implementation and shortfalls
- Uphold through coaching and training manufacturer and group standards to the highest levels
- Ensure smooth and regular communication between dealers and manufacturer
- Establish good rapport with manufacturer to ensure smooth escalation and solving of technical issues
- Establish regular monitoring of Technical, Warranty and Workshop KPI from group level
- Provide reactive and proactive solutions to below standard KPI performance
- Assist with guided troubleshooting for complicated cases remotely and onsite when required
- Upon request assist in solving technically related customer complaints by interacting with customers
- Ensure through coaching, safe and efficient work practice in the workshop.
- Assist in advising Workshop manager and Aftersales manager on efficient workflow and control within the workshop.
- Conduct regular workshops to share best practice ideas
- Establish a communication platform to share diagnosis tips and findings amongst dealers
- Assist Dealers and Group in formulating new and innovative ways to streamline processes, work practice and efficiency within the workshop.
- Assist in tool and equipment planning and procurement.

Requirement：
- Have Silver or Gold certified with above 5 years in a technical role or equivalent.
- Have degree or diploma in automotive engineering or related experience level above 5 years as a Technical Manager in a reputable organization.
- Training background is a plus.
- A good communicator and has good inter-personal skills.
- Have experience working in workshop in supervisory role
- Able to analyse Technical, warranty and workshop operations and provide coaching and actions to improve
- Good knowledge of warranty guidelines and process
- Warranty audit knowledge a plus
- Customer focussed
- Able to deal with high pressure situations.
- Have very good reporting skills.
- Good English written at least.
- Be good at MS office.
