职位描述
Job duties:
Responsible for achieving sales budgets for the region and point-of-sale accounts assigned
Responsible for submitting and achieving annual budgets, board estimates and monthly commitments
Responsible for the sale of the entire Belden product line within assigned region
Manages and directs all sales and field marketing activities in the assigned region
Makes recommendations for the establishment of sales quotas and sales objectives
Develops and directs plans to improve relationships with key distributors/customers with high potential
Meets regularly with Managers and Sales Representatives to make calls on key accounts and evaluate total performance.
Directs and implements the Belden China Sales and Marketing Plan as it applies to the region
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree preferably in information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, etc.
4 years relevant experience, have working experience in IT industry and knowledge in switches as well as Ethernet and IP network, channel Sales experience; with relevant certificate for routers or switches, networking, etc.
Previous direct sales responsibility for distribution and end user markets required.
Aggressive, willing to start business from scratch
A proven achiever and results-oriented individual who is self-confident and possesses and practices a positive can-do attitude
A mature-minded and self-confident individual who possesses stamina and energy, and will exert the extraordinary effort that is required.
Good command of English and Chinese’
Good computer skills for office tools, etc.
