Position Keys:

the candidate must be familiar with glass or ceramic manufacturing process or related business operation.

Responsibility:

？ Take overall daily operational responsibilities for the Company with team oriented approach

？ Plan, lead and execute to achieve the targets as set in the budget and business plan and be responsible for profits and losses

？ Aggressively seek new businesses

？ Maintain up-to-date knowledge about markets and customers, capturing detail within the business plan

？ Drive operations excellence programs including lean manufacturing, 5S and quality control projects

？ Identify, drive and implement productivity and quality improvement programs

？ Keep effective management and employee communications in a professional manner by following Group HR policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations

？ Develop, train and lead a high performing team to achieve set targets

？ Ensure the Group and divisional policies and standards on EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) are followed

？ Ensure operation is in compliance with the Group policies/standards and local government regulations; maintain positive relationship with local authorities and communities

？ Any other responsibilities as assigned or required

Requirements:

？ A well rounded business leader with unyielding integrity and entrepreneurial mindset and strong desire to succeed

？ Aggressive, accountable and open minded

？ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, material science, business or related disciplines a minimum. An advanced degree in science, engineering or business such as MBA is a plus.

？ At least five (5) years’ progressive professional experience in senior management positions with Western companies essential

？ Successful track records in the area of marketing and sales or operations

？ Strong leadership skills and team approach

？ Good analytical mind and financially literate

？ Proven track record of successfully driving and delivering business objectives

？ Hands-on experience in driving productivity projects including lean manufacturing principles

？ Native Chinese personnel with proficiency in English

？ Willing to relocate and live in Yixing, Jiangsu province
