Job Title : Treasury Manager
Division : PPR Tax & Treasury
Reporting Line : Director of Tax, Treasury, Insurance, & Shared Services, PPR Asia-Pacific
Location : Shanghai

SUMMARY:
This is a newly created position based in Shanghai with primary responsibilities to
develop treasury infrastructure and lead the cash management and investment
processes in China. Working with internal clients of the Group, the role is also
required to provide advisory services to minimize treasury risks in line with industry
best practices as well as ensuring compliance with PRC treasury regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
??o handle company treasury activities including loan financing, liaise with banks to
facilitate banking facilities and maintain strong relationship with the banks and
credit agencies, manage cash flow & develop cash management strategies, and
assist in foreign exchange and interest rate portfolio management
??To develop various financing channels, with focus particularly on project finance
and treasury operation management for the company
??To perform budget, forecast and cash flow analysis, monitor and maintain control
for all cash positions as well as inter-company and external cash transfers
??To participate in ad-hoc projects where required

QUALIFICATIONS
??Bachelor Degree holder majoring in Accounting or Finance or other related
disciplines with strong knowledge in treasury laws and practices
??At least 8 years treasury planning and / or compliance experience in PRC in a
commercial environment with multinational companies.
??Strong analytical and problem solving skills, detail-oriented and a self-starter
who is able to work under pressure and within tight timeframe
??Excellent communication skills with good command of both English and
Putonghua
??Occasional travel within PRC and to other international countries may be
required
