Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales volume and revenue in the North & East China area. The industries served are including Cosmetic brush, Toothbrush and others which applies for Cosmetic, Oral care etc. industries.
? Achieve & exceed sales target in the assigned territory by managing existing customers and developing new business.
? Manage key accounts & distributors in assigned territory to ensure superior service.
? Ensure on time payment of customer orders.
? Ensure accurate customer forecast and monthly on time data input.
? Working with technical, quality and supply chain team to provide superior service to customers.
? Develop in-depth understanding on key filaments endues applications and value chain knowledge to maintain market share and capture business growth.
? Identify and communicate market-trends and specific needs generated from market trends for a product development opportunities.
? Build up competitive intelligence knowledge of in-kinds and non in-kinds.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor or master degree in polymer, chemistry or chemical engineering is preferred.
? Above 3~5 years sales experience in related or similar industry.
? Be able to deliver results and work under tough market situation.
? Be able to build and retain customer and customer top management relationship.
? Technical experience and knowledge in served industries are strong plus.
? Analytical, facts driven, able to translate customer needs into a value proposition.
? Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently or within a team.
? Demonstrated ability to build and leverage networks.
Good English communication and computer competencies.
