HR Manager, HQ----Shanghai

Requirements:
Be Mature, patient and independent;
At least 10 years or above relevant HR experience with China country wide;
HR experience is preferred and familiar with HRIS.
Shared service experience and AP region experience is an advantage
Familiar with China Labor Law by many locations
Can have the flexibility to travel site facility;
Good interpersonal skill and communication;
Fluent in verbal and written English

Job Descriptions:
Develop, standardize and implement HR policies and guidelines across our client China to match with the client parameters and local external environment.
Develop positive Labour & Employee Relations strategy and practices for deployment across the entities in China.
Give an advice and guidance to site HR Managers on specific HR/ER enquiries, issues or programs. Participate to resolve issues when necessary.
Analysis and provide the expertise knowledge on total reward and compensation program based on site needs, to make sure the pay structure and benefits is competitive.
Provide the analysis report for Global mobility program to manager the Expat , such like the 3rd party vendor, KPMG, E&Y etc…
Working with business leader to set up the people strategy on talent development by different approach
Assist in Labour relations areas regarding potential acquisitions (due diligence and integration), green field projects or divestiture decisions. Also support & advise for M & A strategy in terms of compliance, governance & ER strategy to the businesses.
Build connections with the external parties to assist maintaining relationships between plant and the government (get the support from the Government Affairs and Corporate Communications).
Develop risk assessment, statutory compliances and governance process & framework and organize periodic review and discussion with the various entitles; and propose solutions when issues / risks identified.
Lead and facilitate the China HR team to maintain the networks and use the platform to build knowledge and best practice sharing and provide training on HR policies, employment laws / statutory compliances updates & amendments (eg. Regular or annual meetings, communication channels etc).
Cooperate with HQ HR function leader for project base, to casecade down to VC leaders and site HR
Working with Legal dept to provide the advise on employee disputes case cross the china.
Be the HR contact at the Shanghai RHQ office
Coordinate with the various business HR located at the globally;
Maintain the communication and implement word-wide policies and programs.
Supervise the Senior HR Specialist in the execution of the HR operational duties
