Job Specification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, with the major in foundry technology, steel technology or mechanical engineer
2.Min. 5-8 years as an engineer with special knowledge of foundry technique and metallurgy,
Be experienced in using DISA or other moulding products, strong knowledge of foundry production/ process.
3.Know how about:
a. Foundry sand and the sand process;
b. Metallurgy know how;
c. Pattern layout know how;
d. Moulding know how;
e. Sand core know how;
f. etc.
4.MS Office, Chinese input capability, AutoCAD, reasonable oral and written English & Technical English is required
5.Good to communicate with colleagues and customers in different part of hierarchy,Willing to cooperate with colleagues and customers
6.Clean and tidy; preferably active and cheerful appearance
7.willing to be on business trip, 60 days to 90 days per year

Daily Duties:
1. Provide application training and services(foundry processes) to DISA Moulding customers.
2. Provide technical sales support to sand and moulding sales people (pre sale & after sale) for promoting DISA’s products in the market.
3. Work in close cooperation with sales/ R&D teams on the technical application and on new product developments for market in China.
4. Develop and update technical application guide and other application document for DISA products.
5. Travel to customer sites to evaluate and solve customer problems
6. Work close together with customers to optimize the production in the foundry.
7. Make presentation at technical conferences, industry seminars to promote DISA’s products.
8. Complete foundry layout design (including furnace, moulding line, sand plant, core machine, shot blasting machine and other foundry equipment)
