Report to : Finance Supervisor

Responsibilities area:

1. Responsible for domestic and oversea payment timely and accurately;

2. Responsible for the safety of cash on hand;

3. Responsible for invoice issuing, recording and safekeeping;

4. Responsible for Web-bank related issues;

5. Check employee reimbursement claim.

6. Ensure all vouchers, supporting documents, and statements of all transactions are timely and properly filed according to the defined policies and standards;

7. Perform cash audit in retail center

8．Ad hoc assignements

Qualification and relevant experience

1．College degree or above with major in accounting, finance

2. Quick learning ability, ready & able to flexibly work in demanding, and rewarding environment

3．1+ year relevant cashier working experience, retail experience is preferred, USD capital conversion experience is a plus

4．Familiar to local and international GAAP

5．Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, professional and detail oriented.

6. Good communication skills and team work spirit.

7．Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines

8．Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel

9. Accounting working permit is required.
