Report to: Finance Director

Support business development decisions and operation management by providing financial analysis and management reports. Manage the budgeting process and communicate performance results with senior management and corporate finance team.

Responsibilities area:

· Planning

- Lead budget and periodical projection for the company and report it to the Group

- Develop operational target for the whole company

· Reporting

- Ensure accurate and timely management report submission as requested by the Group

- Monthly financial and operation performance review reports to management team

- Review actual vs. target with each individual department

- Improve reporting system / processes for consistency and efficiency

· Analysis

- Improve the quality and timeliness of business analysis

- Monitor whole company performance

- Actively involve in company strategic project and provide value added inputs

· Ad hoc works

Key Competencies

· Being an analytical, able to analyze comprehensive data sources and make appropriate recommendation. Integrate intuition and data effectively and identify important issues and explore alternatives;

· Good communication skill, able to work productivity in cross-functional teams. Organize and express clearly the idea, active listening;

· Sound and broad professional knowledge and skills, including finance, economics, statistics, data structure, English and computer applications;

· knowledge in US GAAP

· Quick in learning and highly efficient in working;

Education/experience

- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.

- CPA (or equivalent) preferred.

- Excellent command of English and Mandarin

- +3 years of financial analyst experience.
