Job Purpose:

-Provide logistics service for stores.

-Assist for forecast/demand planning.

Critical Role and Responsibility:

-Ensure forecast/demand planning accuracy.

-Coordinate and liaise with various parties – mostly for DC, vendors and internal team.

-Assist for inventory control.

-Daily / Weekly /Monthly report maintenance within Logistics Dept.

Critical Results:

-Assist for forecast/demand planning.

-Manage the stock plan and improve the stock usage efficiency to help company achieve business targets.

-Based on the business planning, inbound planning, stock situation, and other business demand, coordinate with related departments and work out the allocation plan.

-Handle the stores packages and ensure the stock at DC be released effectively and timely to meet the business demands or targets.

-Assist to manage the 3PL to ensure its service can meet the business requirements.

-Assist to manage DC/stores inventory.

Requirement:

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

-At least 1-3 years working experiences in supply chain planning and related areas

-Proficiency in Excel skill, familiar with supply chain knowledge.

-Compassionate, hard working, willing to put in efforts for results.

-Possess effective communication/Coordination skills, passionate with can-do attitude, and team work is a must.

-Good English in written and oral.

-Logistics experience in retail field is preferred.
