Mission:
The Project manager is an operational manager accountable for quality,timing, gross margin,project cost and customer satisfaction related to the project. The project leader's goal is to reach the objectives of the Contract Approval Application.
Responsibility:
- Manage projects for local productions in direct contact with asian customers for foglamp and elliptic modules. These projects will be based on existing products developped by the HDSP R&D center in Belgium.
- Be responsible to achieve quality, profitability and timing targets of the projects.
- Be responsible of the projects from the beginning ( Request for Quotation stage ) to the start of the production.
- Be responsible for product /process quality and for product gross margin,investments and developments costs.
- Represent the Division at the customer's.
- Manage the project with a functional responsibility on the other members ( Quality, R&D , purchasing, process, sales )
- Represent the project team at Project Validation Committee(PVC) and Project Management Committee(PMC)
TRAINING AND PROFIL:
Requiments:
Native language: Chinese. Fluent in English, Japanese is a +.
Experience in Project Management for technical parts, Automotive industry is a must, 5 years experience is a minimum
