职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Team Management & Process improvement
a) Manage Accounting, tax functions
b) Driving process change to drive efficiencies in overall accounting, finance and business processes.
c) Developing and maintaining financial systems and internal controls that meet the requirements of users.
2. Accounting & Tax
a) Supervise corporate expense, rental, fixed asset, sales accountants to ensure the correct booking according to the PRC and IAS accounting rule.
b) Interface with other department heads within the company in term of accounting rules and closing information.
c) Formulating and administering in a timely manner the monthly financial close and internal reporting process, creating efficiencies needed to move toward a shorter close period.
d) Ensure all controls for closing are correctly performed.
e) Oversee and participate in the preparation of monthly financial reporting for local management and for group.
f) Oversee tax compliance. Maintain relationship with tax offices and other administrative offices.
g) Alert the management on the change of Tax and accounting rule.
h) Coordinate and manage the statutory and other legal/tax audit.
Qualifications :
a) Bachelor Degree, Major in accounting or finance. Expert knowledge of PRC GAAP and IFRS GAAP. CPA or ACCA is preferred.
b) Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in MNC and/or in Audit Firm. Experience in Retail activity is a plus.
c) Good PC skills and fluent English speaking/writing skills, and used SAP preferable.
d) Energetic and highly motivated team player, demonstrate strong leadership competencies with significant experience of managing a team of finance staff in a large, multi-disciplinary organization.
e) Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels within the organization.
f) Logical thinker with excellent organizational skills.
g) Hard working and stable;
h) Deadline orientated and team work spirit.
