Responsibilities：
Lead a team of sourcing associates to support merchandising strategies and operational excellence
？ Proactively identify opportunities to drive private label growth, margin enhancement / cost out, and promotional opportunities
？ Work closely with Product Development Merchants in support of merchandising strategies
？ Forms and leads cross-functional teams on operation support and project execution to ensure meeting all in store timeline
？ Identify new suppliers and factories to meet sourcing needs
？ Quarterly business review with key suppliers including product, fulfillment, quality and scorecard
？ Develop risk mitigation strategies for supported categories
？ Provide directions and guidance to the sourcing team on department priorities and key deliverables
？ Deliver product and business review presentations on a regular basis to senior management

Skills and ablities:
MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Finance or equivalent
？ Prior buying or product development experience within specific product category
？ Knowledge of retail markets and strong sense of product innovation and creativity
？ Business acumen and strategic thinking skills
？ Strong project management skills
？ Proven ability to analyze, evaluate and interpret complex data
？ Excellent communication skills; verbal written and able to communicate globally
？ Ability to lead, influence and manage business partners and direct/indirect groups of associates
？ Ability to lead and manage process improvement efforts
