Perform system and network design, implementation, monitoring, capacity management, security operations, and support in AliCloud environment and IDC/remote office network in GC.

Job Responsiblities:

• Provide detailed assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the Cloud. Plan Design & Implement scalable, high performance cloud-based network solutions based on new requirements. 
• Develop monitoring mechanism and service level metrics to measure and analyze the performance and resource needed on cloud and to identify areas for cloud structure and cost optimization. 
• Support in managing and delivering various infrastructure related network projects. Setup site-to-site VPN tunnels between various network devices. Deploy & maintenance network equipment (Cisco Switch/Router, Palo Alto/Checkpoint Firewall, Aruba Controller, etc.) 
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network incidents in a live production environment. Escalation of incident/ problem to relevant support individual/ team and stay close to the issue until closure. Provide recommendations for cost effective operational improvements. 
• Implement, maintain and control risk management, network security, cloud security, identity and access management. Analyze and recommend network/cloud security controls and procedures. Perform audit log and security alert review. Plan and support security design/remediation and disaster recovery activities on cloud. Respond to security incidents, including investigation and recovery. 
• Keep commitments, execute objectives and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and strategies of Bose and Technology service as a group. 
• Manage working partners/vendors relationship along project development process.          

Knowledge and Skill Requirements   

• Experience developing cloud architecture and design, cloud business case, cloud security, network and storage design on AliCloud infrastructure environments
• Experience on IT infrastructure plan/design/implementation/administration of network infrastructure project
• Have experience and a good understanding of networking technologies (Load balancers, CDN, VPN, Proxies)
• Have a good understanding on security concepts with hands on experience in implementing security controls and compliance requirements.
• Experience with implementation, operation, support and maintenance of complex IT infrastructure.
• Good understanding of the key differences to architect and design enterprise cloud native solution compare to traditional data center based solutions.

Familiarized with IT and cloud security principles and best practices

Education and Experience:

• Minimum Education Level Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or similar.
• The minimum experience level required: Four years of relevant experience in architecture, design and operating in cloud.
• Experience with services and offerings from AliCloud is a must.
• Experience with network operation is a must.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Certification on Cloud Computing is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
