Requirements:
B.S. level degree in related field
10+ years of experience in Human Resources, including 3+ years in a
10+ management or individual contributor role supporting client groups
10+ in a line or corporate support organization or equivalent
Skills and Abilities:
Strong business and HR acumen
Strong leadership, mentoring, facilitation and coaching skills
Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong company and HR, OD, Legal and Financial knowledge and expertise
Must possess effective collaboration, influence, and conflict resolution skills
Strong capacity to manage ambiguity, conflict and uncertainty
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, establish trust and credibility
Ability to travel
Job Descriptions:
Act as business partner with business unit management. Ensure that Human Resources objectives lead to the achievement of business objectives for the business unit.
Participate in human resources staffing planning for the location. Screen resumes and applications, interview applicants and assist hiring manager in selection of candidates.
Manage staffing function for the location
Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations in all personnel actions for the division
Facilitate communication of new/revised Human Resources programs and policy to location personnel
Counsel and coach senior level management concerning business operational, organization structure and development issues, including policy interpretation and recommendation for action.
Provide career management, and management development counseling for employees, including referral to other internal or external sources
Drive, coordinate, and manage to resolution compensation, benefits, relocation, employment, tax, wellness, and training/development issues.
Ensure location adherence to Corporate HR Agenda. Facilitate performance review training as appropriate. Communicate and follow procedures and practices to ensure integrity of HR data for assigned group.
