职位描述
Job Responsibility:
· To maximize the sales opportunities through commerciality focus and outstanding customer service in stores.
· Monitors and establishes sales goals, sales plans and sales budgets. Follows up to optimize profit.
· Oversees that the store presents the garments to meet CLAIRE'S standards, has detailed knowledge about our trends and concepts and ensures that proper feedback is given to the Area team and Merchandising Team.
· Ensures that store visual standards meet CLAIRE'S expectations.
· Oversees that the store operation is following CLAIRE'S SOP, policies and procedures.
· Makes sure that the store has the right staff level at all times, maintains focus upon staff development, follows our policies and procedures, and works according to our shared values to ensure the company's future growth.
· Works according to CLAIRE'S policies, procedures and routines and makes sure that appropriate loss prevention and shrinkage decisions are being made.
Managerial Responsibility:
· Leads, coordinates and organizes the work of the store Associates.
· Provides constant feedback, evaluations and performance reviews to the staff.
· Focuses upon teamwork and works actively to establish a professional management team and an efficient staff.
· Ensures that the Area Managers, HQs always have the necessary information to make the right business decisions.
Job Requirements:
· >3 yrs working experience in Retail Stores as managerial positions.
· Ability to provide leadership, motivate and develop staff through our shared values.
· Exceptional customer service-and interpersonal skills.
· Have strong merchandising skills and the ability to drive business through creativity and fashion consciousnesses.
· Able to work in a fast pace environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
