Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management or Business Administration. MBA is preferred.

Over 10 years experience in a technical industry preferably automotive and the. experience must include progressively more responsible positions in the areas of manufacturing plant leadership

Specific experience with TS-19649 Quality requirements.

Specific knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety Requirements.

Special skill and knowledge requirements:

Effectively develop synergistic manufacturing relationships as required.

Exceptional organizational leadership and control skills.

Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.



Job Descriptions:

Manages centralized resources such as Manufacturing direct and indirect personnel, Production Control & Logistics and Quality organization to optimize overall effectiveness, to meet Plant Manufacturing Objectives. In conjunction with Engineering Managers/Program Managers, coordinates and plans Customer program timing and budgets. etc.,

Manages Plant Quality organization to develop and implement a pro-active quality plan that is consistent with the Corporate Quality to achieve Customer Quality Objectives and Corporate Quality Goals

Develops an overall manufacturing strategy and Operating System for the Manufacturing operations. Integrates product flow from the warehouse, thru the plant floor to final product shipment to meet raw, in-process and finished goods inventory requirements.

Ensures optimal usage of the SAP ERP and Control System and makes improvements to optimize Plant operational effectiveness.

Determines processes and procedures for the overall Plant operational effectiveness. Develops staffing plans and establishes work plans and schedules on Customer Programs. Responsible for personnel management including recruiting/hiring, supervision, disciplinary actions, performance appraisals and terminations. Prioritize staff workloads in order to meet product needs/objectives in all area. Develop and train staff to ensure high skill levels.
