Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
Intermediate PC knowledge including Windows applications (Word/Excel/Access/Project) and CAD software (Solidworks/ Smarteam prefer).
Minimum 5 years' (4 years' for Master degree) project management experience in a team-based environment, Medical company working experience is preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug and/or problem solve.
Experience working with an change control process and manufacturing BOM system.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail oriented and systematic thinking.
Cost & time awareness and effectiveness.
Team player.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibility:
Project management for in-house projects pertaining to design change & new product launch.
Creation and maintenance of management approved project schedules.
Product change concept development and prototype design.
Project coordination on communication with Corp & EU sites.
Product data review including boms & drawings.
Cross functional communication to achieve engineering goals in projects.
Project support in solving quality issue .
Project Documents collection, compiling of Asian Engineering documents such as DC forms, test summaries for assigned projects.
Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
Proven ability to establish working relationships within cross functional teams.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary projects teams.
Communicate with internal/external colleagues for solving all problems, and to accomplish projects on time.
Ability to instruct draftsman on drawing creation or update for assigned projects.
Follows the standard working norms and procedures strictly.
Self-disciplined, with good quality sense, work result reliable.
Demonstrated effective organizational and time management skills. Self directed regarding project goals.
Respect and comply company's safety guideline & 5S, ensure working area against all safety risk.
Responsible for their own safety and that of their co-workers. Expected to know and follow the safe work practices associated with their job assignment. Also report the existence of any safety hazards they become aware of, as well as any accidents or near-accidents that may have occurred.
Ability to lead or work well with others and to work in a team environment.
