Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource Management related.
At least 10 years working experience in multinational companies with at least 2 function module
Good time management, Comprehensive skill to tackle customers
Good computer skills especially in Microsoft office, familiar with HR system Solid C&B and HR general knowledge;
Demonstrated inter-personal skills, ability to influence others and have energy and initiative, motivation, maturity to manage the fast-moving environment
A strong exposure in advisory / facilitating role / experience is expected
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Diligent, detailed oriented, fast learner and meticulous
Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Windows, such as Excel, Words and PowerPoint

Job Descriptions:
Workers & staff recruiting and retaining Building company culture
Setting creative recruiting strategies and executing flawlessly against these strategies to meet hiring goals.
Direct employee in & out with standard procedure. Conduct candidate interview and separation interview.
Maintain and optimize incentive and retaining KPI systems.
Responsible for annual salary survey, annual salary review and human resource capital forecast
Responsible for internal job grading system daily implementation and regular review;
Responsible for internal promotion and special salary adjustment process, provide market data accordingly;
Responsible for C&B programs' daily implementation and regular review;
Lead to be responsible for employee on-boarding and separation process;
Act as internal consultant on local labor regulations;
Ensure all C&B programs are in compliance with new labor law
