Requirements:
Bachelor and above degree, majored in engineering or mechanical relative;
At least 4 years working experience in papermaking or heavy machinery industry;
Good general knowledge of paper mill maintenance and machine tool operations required;
Fluent oral and written English.

Job Descriptions:
Responsible for RR and MRS quotations and further business opportunities together with CS. Based on the inquiry from PM and/or inspection report from Operations;
Sourcing of "special" parts in cooperation with purchase department;
Provide clear and fast technical data for internal inquiries;
Estimate costs and quote customer jobs;
Serve as primary contact and coordinator between workshop and customer;
Provide guidance and supervision to shop as needed;
Monitor quality of jobs during and after production;
Monitor and report costs of jobs and recommend ultimate selling prices;
Assist outside Sales through routine customer;
Maintain good records of all jobs;
Handling of daily replacement rolls and MRS inquiries;
Technical communication with Europe;
Job related PR & PO handling for MRS and RR Department in accordance with;
Dealing with claim from customer and assist sales and PM for trouble;
Incoming quality control of new RR and "special" RR+MRS parts;
RR+MRS Department related JDE documents maintenance;
RR+MRS Department monthly finance report.;
Other tasks required by supervisor.
