职位描述
Job Duties:
1. Direct the annual global marketing plan and forecast development to set the annual budget. Implement with sales team to achieve the sales goals. Responsible for managing, promoting, directing and controlling related product line towards budget plan
2. Facilitate the sale of current products through existing channels by establishing promotional programs, participating in trade shows, calling on customers with field sales representatives, evaluating sales-call reports and sales-call results, and providing liaison role with other product and market managers and operational functions involved. Communicate product line updates and key information periodically (eg weekly) to sales force and key employees.
3. Drive global key accounts management towards intended customer share and growth targets.
4. Develop and conduct product, market and application training. Provide supervision, on-going guidance and mentorship to assigned personnel in accomplishing their sales objectives and fulfilling their responsibilities. Monitor their progress and participate in performance reviews,

Pursue new – product and market opportunities by comparing company products, services, capabilities to those of competitors regarding markets, price, new products, delivery, distribution channels and quality comparison of products. Collect marketing information, including competitive benchmarks, trends and opportunities, and customers’ expectations, total and served markets, market share and growth opportunities.
6. Establish clear pricing strategies, discount structures and guidelines for all sales channels and target markets. Determine product minimum and target pricing utilizing demand-supply information, competitive market research data and reviewing costs versus anticipated volume. Determine discount structure and special price incentives.
7. Evaluate existing distribution channels in relationship to companies’ capabilities, current and potential competitive position
8. Ensure customer complaints are resolved by functions concerned.
9. Provide liaison in new products by coordinating product development and sourcing programs. Establish and follow up on completion date requirements
10. Initiate measures for product costs containment and cost reduction.
11. Maintain inter and intra departmental work flow by fostering the spirit of co-operation. Ensure synergy and cohesive approach to execution and communication by the team members to support the overall product family objective.
12. Provide routine performance measures of product line in terms of market share, status of business developments, on-going plans and actions.
