1. Company Profile

The Company is wholly owned by a UK company, which is a public listed company at London Stock Exchange and is a leading advanced ceramics business in the world.

The Company was established in early 1990’s in Yixing city, Jiangsu province and is a very profitable business now with a lot of opportunities to grow. It addresses a number of markets that requires the technically and production proven solutions.

We are now looking for a qualified personnel with passion and business acumen to fill in the business development position.

2. Job Description

2.1 Job Title Business Development Manager业务发展经理

2.2 Location Yixing, Jiangsu Province

2.3 Reporting to: General Manager
2.4 Reports: Marketing and sales engineers
2.5 Responsibilities 职责
Perform market analysis and set up the growth strategy
　　　　开展市场调查，确定销售增长方向；
　　　　Grow the market share for the existing products in the markets with well planned
　　　　strategy and implementation
　　　　筹划，确定和执行市场布局和销售拓展方案，组织团队在现有产品和市场的基础上
　　　　进一步提高市场占有率；
　　　Develop and manage NBDP (new business development pipeline), work with
　　　Engineering team for the conversion.
　　　　甄别和确定新的业务机会，并和工程技术团队制定新业务机会的实现方案。
　　　　Team building and development
　　　　团队的管理和培养

2.6 Qualifications and Experience
5 years sales experiences and positioned as sales manager or regional sales manager.
具有最近五年的销售经验，并担任销售经理或大区经理。
Demonstrated knowledge and experiences in the glass or metal heating processing industries or the applications of the technical ceramics like Fused Silica material is preferred
对玻璃或金属热处理行业或对熔融石英陶瓷等技术陶瓷产品的应用有充分地了解和经验者优先
　　Fluent English流利英语
Team, channel management experiences and good interpersonal communication具有团队和渠道管理经验, 良好沟通能力
