关键职责：

·           确保所负责项目的客户满意度。

·           评估项目情况，制定相应的项目执行计划。

·           充分利用内部资源，降低不必要的成本。

·           管理和协调区域内的项目，与其他相关部门(如销售，工厂)合作以确保项目的顺利执行。

·           项目及员工分配计划及跟进，参加客户的现场会议。

·           与客户有效沟通，确定需求并提供替代解决方案。

·           分包商发展及管理,为分包商及客户提供技术支持。

·           根据需要的其他工作安排。

岗位要求：

教育背景及专业知识

本科以上学历，工业与民用建筑专业,二级建造师以上执业资格证书

相关经验

5年以上建筑施工现场经验，和至少3年管理经验

语言能力

基础的英文表达能力。

其他要求

1.    良好的沟通和组织能力；

2.    努力工作，自我激励，良好的团队合作精神。

Key Responsibilities：

·           Ensure customer satisfaction in various projects;

·           Evaluate the project condition and make plan how to run the project accordingly;

·           Take advantage of internal resources well and reduce the unnecessary cost

·           Manage and coordinate projects within group,Work with other related departments (for example Sales, Factory)  to ensure the project implementation;

·           Project and employee assignment planning and follow up, Acquire and attend the customer appointments/meetings on site;

·           Communicates effectively with the customer to identify needs and provide alternative solutions;

·           Supervising the performance of the installation engineers in the team,Subcontractor development and management,Organize the technical support for subcontractor and customer;

·           Other assignments as required.

Position Qualification Requirement：

Education & Professional Background

Bachelor Degree or equivalent education level, major in industrial and civil construction, Associate constructor above practicing qualification certificate

Relevant Experience

5+ years construction site experience, at least 3 years’ experience in management position

Language Skills

Excellent in both oral & written English

Other Requirement

1.    Good communication and organization skills;

2.    Quick learner, hardworking, self-motivated, strong team spirit.
