Summary Of Position:
To execution sales program from initiative to completion, including data preparation, regular performance tracking, communication file documentation, sales ticket collection ensure all carry on efficiently.
To prepare sales data for inventory analysis including current marketplace status and monthly (seasonal) dynamic rolling forecast, providing detail & accurate information for decision making.
To coordinate all process during program execution and cross-functional communication.
The success is defined with “accurate & efficient” of data providing, proactive communication for process streamline.
Responsibilities:
50% SALES PROGRAM EXECUTION
1.Program budgeting & planning
a.Data collection
b.Program performance projection & budget estimation
2.Program internal alignment & approval process
a.Program initiative approval process lead
b.Internal alignment cross-functional
3.Program communication internal & external
a.Communication files documentation (including program mechanism, retailer communication letter, product list, etc.)
4. Program tracking
a.Ongoing weekly tracking
b.Provide summary & analysis for further execution & budget controlling
5.Program completion
a.Program data upload remind
b.Data finalization
c.Sales ticket collect
d.Payment completion
30%INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
1.MOS Forecast
a.MOS forecast based on sell-in & sell-thru,
b.Considering the effect of RTS, cxl, ect.
2.Inventory Dynamic Forecast
a.Clean & accurate raw data preparation for analysis
b.Take back product list collect and analysis
20%PROCESS FOLLOW-UP
a. Cross-functional communication & alignment.
b. Sales program process follow-up strictly and proactive recommend for fine-tune always
Requirement:
-2-3-year plus working experience in retail, consumer goods
-Functional experience of data reporting and analytics, business planning, sales execution
-Effective communicator and collaborator
-Technical: Proficient use of MS Excel, Word, Power-Point
-Advance level of data analytics; Clear logic and critical thinking
