JOB SUMMARY
1 Responsible for all assigned warehouse areas and employees, typically all warehouse areas in a specific building or all warehouse areas within an entire Jabil Operation.
2 Supervise personnel within the warehouse areas through leadership, delegation, and administrative maintenance (i.e. employee evaluations, hiring/firing disciplines, etc.).
3 Ensures all warehouse related activities within the department are performed accurately, efficiently, and effectively.
4 May perform warehouse related activities involving the physical movement of material with corresponding system transactions, supporting verifications, and documentation when necessary.
PREREQUISITES
o 3-5 years of related experience and/or 3-5 years of experience within or relating to Inventory Control.
o Bachelor's degree in related field (Supply Chain, Materials Management, or an equivalent) and/or Masters of Business Administration preferred, but not required.
