SUMMARY
Be responsible to design, verify and support manufacturing of high quality audio products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Translate product requirements into acoustic design options,
b) Select, specify, and evaluate transducers as necessary,
c) Evaluate design options through comprehensive computer modeling and extensive measurements and critical listening on physical prototypes,
d) Closely co-operate with mechanical, systems, and DSP engineers to provide professional support on the design,
e) Support manufacturing startup and continuous engineering,
f) Ensure the highest level of sound quality of the product,
g) Audio products performance evaluation, production test system setup and verification,
h) Support to optimize Audio performance with test engineer team for mass production,
i) Familiar with acoustic component testing methodology and specification
j) Support customers in performing technical analysis and design review
k) Stay updated of the latest technologies to provide competitive and cost effective solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
a) Bachelor Degree or Master degree in an appropriate technical discipline (Acoustic, Physicist, etc. or equivalent), and at least 3+ years direct working experiences.
b) Rich experience of designing high quality audio products, such as earphone, headset, acoustic segment in cell phone, etc.
c) Experience on Acoustic simulation, knowledge in mechanics design is a plus,
d) Must familiar with audio instruments and acoustic verification systems and methods
e) Knowledge of electronic amplifier design, behavior and constraints is a plus
f) Self-motivated and possess the ability to drive tasks independently.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.

REASONING ABILITY
Individual must be able to think logically, define and analyze problems, interpret technical instructions, and draw conclusions in a clear way.
