职位描述：
Key Responsibilities：
? Purchase the products and equipment in a timely manner in order to satisfy project and service needs;
? Enquiry from the vendor to get good price & payment term;
? Mistake - free transactions in PO processing;
? Trace Vendor for confirmed PO;
? Responsible for trace foreign PO so as to receive products on time;
? Share purchasing information in ERP;
? Ensure item price and Vendor information on NERP always correct and updated;
? Trace import products and coordinate issues of customs clearance;
? Build effective logistic system;
? Documentation and file management;
? Other assignments as required.
Position Qualification Requirement：
Education & Professional Background
Bachelor Degree or equivalent education level, major in Engineering, International Trade, logistic, etc
Relevant Experience
1-3 years’ work experience, and experience in production, purchasing and Logistic related fields is a plus
Language Skills
Fluent in both oral and written English
Other Requirement
1. Excellent communication skills, responsible, and hard working;
2. Strong service sense and skills, good time management, high learning skill;
3. Proven ability to build relationships with vendors, internal client and colleagues;
4. Good communication and coordination skills.

? 按时提供项目及服务所需物品；
? 项目产品的询价，确保得到优惠的价格和帐期；
? 准确无误的下达订单；
? 及时跟踪供应商，获得对方的确认回单；
? 跟踪负责的国外采购定单, 做到按时收货；
? 及时将采购信息共享；
? 确保ERP上的产品价格和供应商信息总是最新的、准确的；
? 进口物流追踪，进口报关协调；
? 建立有效的物流体系；
? 根据需要的其他工作安排。
岗位要求：
教育背景及专业知识
工程、国际贸易等相关专业大学本科及以上学历
相关经验
1-3年以上工作经验或在外企工作经验，具有生产，采购和物流经验优先。
语言能力
英文流利

2. 具备良好的服务意识、积极主动、自律。学习能力强，时间管理能力强；
