Requirements:
Bachelor and above in Food, traditional Chinese medicine,chemistry, biological engineering and related major;
Quality management, production or NPD related working experience in food, Drug companies more than three years. Have NPD or R&D experience in food, health products area;
Development experience in powder, capsule or tablet is preferred;
Well time management, expression & communication skill;
Have good written communication, data compilation, document collection & filing skill;
Written & oral English is fluent, can read related English literature.

Job Descriptions:
Well communicating with Marketing department, draft new product test plan, coordinate & organize new product test according to NPD requirement;
Be in charge of product formula develop, process control, pilot, industrial trial run and related work;
Establish raw material quality standard, and provide technical support to raw material purchasing;
Well communicating & coordinating with QA & regulatory, production, Engineering, Material and Warehouse department of plant, insure the NPD program in accordance with the timing requirements.
