Requirements:
? Minimum qualification for maintenance technician are above formal Higher Education in Electrical and Mechanical specialty;
? 6+ years CNC and maintenance and Semi-automatic work station experience necessary for effective Electrical/Mechanical/Hydraulic/Pneumatic in plant;
? Be familiarity with One or Two PLC control system, such as Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, familiarity with G & M command in Program
? Know how to check the Output/Input of PLC in CNC equipments and workstation
? Good reading capability for maintenance manual books in English
? Have good service training for operation or maintenance
? Resolve general alarm for Electrical and Mechanical faults by oneself;
? Understand how to use various tools to fix equipments;
? Understand and finish PM plan for equipments by oneself;
? Good communication & cooperation skill in department
? Special skill and knowledge requirements:
? Be familiar with Siemens Step 7, GE Fanuc PLC, Heidenhain TNCremoNT software for diagnosis of control system.

Job Description:
? Solve general alarm of equipments for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and completeness in Electrical and Mechanical faults, check out general faults of CNC control system.
? Finish PM of CNC equipments and work station with PM's Schedule for the purpose of the ensuring CNC equipment and assembly line to run normally.
? Identify and check out the reason of general alarms, fix general faults of CNC equipments and assembly line, replace general spare parts.
? Do PM with PM schedule, Implement PM plans.
? Assist Maintenance Technician to achieve major maintenance, assist other maintenance Technician to maintain CNC equipments and assembly line.
? Study and reading maintenance Manual Books, send some information to relations of production department.
? Analyze equipment and process needs. Procure and install equipment and processes.
? Implement the TPM management system
? Fixture of assembly line of maintenance
? Determines appropriate cost for replacing general spare parts, PR is subject to approval from production Manager.
? Resolve and replace general broken spare parts
? Spare parts management
