职位描述：
The Jr. System Engineer supports the System Engineering department within ALRAC's Engineering group. A Jr. System Engineer will be part of a system engineering team supporting avionics integrated surveillance system products through the development, test and verification life-cycle.

Gather product knowledge:
Gain and apply knowledge: product domain, technology domain, processes, tools, methods, work flow and best practices with primary emphasis on product design and development. Gain exposure to systems integration labs, simulation environment and specialized test equipment.

System Development:
Create, capture, review, trace and modify requirements of limited complexity applying the knowledge of processes, tools and methods in the management and tracking of requirements baseline.

System Testing:
Create and run verification and validation tests for products and sub- systems of limited to moderate complexity.

Leadership:
Work under the technical mentorship of senior engineers.

Task Accountabilities:
Estimate, track, own and report project technical, cost and schedule aspect for assigned scope of work.

Essential Skill & Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in applicable engineering or science field, and two years of related experience.
- Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in in English for work-related documents.
- Speaking - Consistently delivers concise and articulate speeches in English.
- Writing - Produces reports and proposals in English that are clearly and concisely written.
- Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
