l MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist sales department to sales system maintenance. Collect relevant reports for the human resource department monthly, quarterly and annually. Coordinate the relationship of different department.
l PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES:
Accountabilities:
? Sales system maintenance
2 Collect all kinds of sales reports weekly and monthly
2 Communicate information with sales personnel weekly and monthly
2 Draft sales memo & sales notice
Based on the requirements of the sales department, draft the sales memo & notice
2 Arrange for the convening of the sales meeting
Take charge of drafting meeting agenda;
Arrange for the schedule of sales personnel;
Arrange for the meeting-room and the work-meal;
2 Draft the reports of sales meeting & brand meeting monthly
Prepare key task PPT of sales department;
2 Record and assist to control all expenses of sale department
Collect and record monthly sales counters expenses and sales personnel costs;
Assist the sales department in controlling monthly sales counters expenses and sales personnel costs;
Checking Sales and Finance department all invoice by month.
2 Coordinate the relationship of sales department
With the guidance of SOP manager, complete business review.

2 Collect and summarise the productivity of the national BA on monthly basis
? Collect relevant reports for the human resource department monthly, quarterly and annually
2 Collect the attendance records and commission sheets about key sales personnel
Before the fifth day every month, assist the human resource department in collecting last month attendance records of key sales personnel (notice: counter manager/AC/RSM must signature);
Before the fifth day every month, collect commission e-sheets of key sales personnel, and before the eighth day collect the printed sheets, then give these sheets to the national sales manager to sign in. After the process, the brand manager need signature. Before the tenth day every month, all relevant signing process should complete, and submit the sheets to the human resource department's responsible person. If the process meets holiday, finish the task ahead of the schedule is need.
2 Assist national sales manager in completing the evaluation of RSM/AC quarterly
Assist national sales manager in drafting the explanations of the standard about the quarterly RSM/AC evaluation;
Finish marking of relevant parts about quarterly RSM/AC evaluation;
File the result of quarterly RSM/AC evaluation;
2 Assist national sales manager in completing the evaluation of RSM/AC annually
Assist national sales manager in drafting the explanations of the standard about the annually RSM/AC evaluation;
Finish marking of relevant parts about annually RSM/AC evaluation;
File the result of annually RSM/AC evaluation;
2 Collect annually evaluation results of brand key sales personnel
Within the requiring time, take charge of collecting all annually evaluation results of national key sales personnel, finish the signature process, finally submit to the human resource department;
? Coordinate the relationship of different brand department and manage the material relevant
2 Providing monthly counter materials.
Before the fifth day every month, based on the counters MKT's timetable, prepare counter materials distribution statements. If the quantity is all right, inform the storage department to consignment.
2 Ordering,allocating and co-ordinating the delivery of marketing material
Marketing material includes booklet, package, brush and name card etc.
2 Ordering,allocating and co-ordinating the delivery of the stationary and suppliers
2 Providing the all kinds of supporting documents
Inspection, Custom, CIA, Taxation, bar code etc.
