As the Global Logistics Manager for Sustainability, you will be responsible for partnering with NIKE, Inc. global Logistics and Transportation teams to drive Nike’s Sustainability agenda. You’ll play a key role in reporting and metrics, collaboration and best practice sharing, and driving and supporting initiatives for Nike’s Sustainability strategy. You will work within Global Supply Chain with all Geographies and Affiliates, as well as cross functionally with Sustainable Business & Innovation, Global Procurement, Workplace Design and Connectivity, and others.

You must be a flexible thinker, an excellent analyst, and an outstanding communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing different personalities and perspectives. Your success will depend on your ability to quickly form both professional and personal relationships with colleagues and then drive to well-communicated deliverables.

Responsibilities for this role include:
? Partner with teams within Global Supply Chain to identify Sustainability opportunities
? Consult with cross-functional team members and leaders to help drive standardization and improvements in analytics and reporting across the Logistics Sustainability network
? Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of quarterly Global Logistics Sustainability reporting
? Analyze information (data, metrics, etc.) and develop storylines and recommendations
? Connect internal experts to share insights and execute on best practices from around the world
? Foster collaboration and relationships within Global Supply Chain and cross functionally
? Track portfolio of Sustainability initiatives and process improvements
? Drive engagement and communication on Sustainability within Global Supply Chain
? Communicate and elevate innovation opportunities within Global Supply Chain and cross-functionally

Qualifications:
? A high level passion for environmental Sustainability
? Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field and minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or project management
? Experience in analytics/reporting
? Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
? Strong problem solving skills
? Ability to be a creative and flexible thinker
? Experience working cross-culturally
? Advanced presentation skills with ability to adjust for different audiences, and advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint
? Demonstrated ability to explain complex topics in a visually engaging and compelling manner to a variety of audiences
? Excellent oral and written communication skills and good judgment in managing interactions with individuals at all levels in the organization to bring teams together, address concerns, and achieve results
? Experience working across cross-functional teams to align work and track progress
? Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and influencing skills; ability to create trust among those with diverse personal styles
? Proactive, anticipating the needs of the group before they arise
? High level of personal responsibility with strong sense of ownership of projects/ tasks
