职位描述

1.Overall responsibility for program deliverables and timing for assigned programs
2.Responsible for meeting customer and internal goals for timing milestones, quality, and delivery performance
3.Leads large cross-functional teams to meet goals of programs
4.Ensures compliance to APQP and new item launch procedures
5.Identifies and resolves issues and roadblocks, and raises management awareness to risks
6.Maintains program status reports and communicate to management and customer contacts as needed


岗位要求

Preferred candidates will have 6 or more years experience in the automotive or bearings industries, especially in areas of product engineering, process engineering, quality, manufacturing leadership, new item launch, or program management. Preferred candidates will have demonstrated leadership experience in a variety of roles.
Minimum experience is 6 years in one or more of the following areas: product engineering, process engineering, quality, manufacturing leadership, new item launch, or program management must include knowledge of APQP processes, general Automotive quality requirements, and experience as part of new item launch.
Prior experience must have led to the ability to understand general business practices and business systems, and ability to work among key internal functions such as engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, sales, and in direct customer contact.
