中石化壳牌（江苏）石油销售有限公司系中国经国务院批准的从事成品油零售业务的中外合资公司。该公司由中国石油化工股份有限公司和壳牌中国有限公司双方共同出资组建而成，在苏州、无锡、常州经营500座加油站，主要从事汽油、柴油、煤油、润滑油（脂）、防冻剂、添加剂等石油产品的零售；经营加油站配套便利店、从事洗车、汽车润滑油更换和养护服务，餐饮服务、汽车零配件及其它配套服务；从事加油站经营和管理技术的研究、开发和应用；提供石油零售相关的技术咨询服务。
公司从2005年1月1日起正式开始运营。

Sinopec and Shell(Jiang Su)Petroleum Marketing Co,Ltd.,a joint venture( JV)between SINOPEC and SHELL,is the such JV ratified by the State Council to operate the processed oil retail business in China.The company will operate 500 gas stations in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou,mainly engaging in retailing of gasoline,diesel,kerosene,lubricating oil(grease),antifreeze,additive and other petroleum products.It will also develop C-store,car maintenance,restaurant and other ancillary services.In addition,the JV's business scope also include service station operation and management,and service station related technical consultation services.
The JV started operation on Jan 1st 2005.We are now looking for the talents.
