Job Summary
The Technician will attend fittings, spec garments, communicate technical changes to factories, formulate corrections and provide solutions to all vendors. In addition, they will be responsible for creating and maintaining tech packs from development through production including specs, sketches, detail pages and provide grade notes. They will work closely with multiple departments, including Production, Patternmakers, Tech Design team, and factories.

Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Attend fittings via video conference with US team to ensure all discussed fit issues are effectively communicated to vendors.
· Prepare samples for fitting following the tracking and spec procedures.
· Facilitate on-going communication with US team, vendors and respond to any technical questions.
· Create and update tech packs (design details, garment construction, and measurement specifications) for assigned styles.
· Track status of each assigned style daily.

Qualifications and Guidelines
· Fashion Degree in Technician or related experience required.
· Minimum 3 years of Technical Design experience.
· Proven experience with pattern corrections and fit knowledge.
· Excellent time-management skills and experience with multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, (Illustrator a plus).
· Able to interpret and apply knowledge of design, fabrics, and trims when developing new styles.
· Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and successful track record in a team-oriented environment.
