1.男女不限，平面设计、美术设计、广告设计、服装设计的等相关专业者优先录取、会使用单反拍摄者优先
2、精通Fireworks、photoshop、dreamweaver、flash等操作
3、从事设计2年以上经验，有大店铺的工作经历。
4、创新意愿强，表达能力强，有工作激情，事业心责任感强
5、有一定的品牌意识，了解时尚咨询，有时尚鉴别和鉴赏
6、具备优秀的审美品位、丰富的想象力和对市场信息的敏锐感受能力和网络广告创作能力，有较强的用户观念，在设计中能够充分考虑用户体验；
7、能准确把握公司电子商务各项目设计主题和理念，具有丰富的创作力和执行力，可以独立设计专业水准的商业网页，能给客户以视觉冲击，眼界开阔、敏锐、独到；
8.频繁换工作者、好高骛远者勿扰！
