Role & Responsibilities

·  Customer daily order communication with various chat tools

·  Receive and respond to internal inquiries and follow up with Customer to meet special services requirement;

· E-mail correspondence to both internal & external customers;

· Develop and maintain business relationship .

· Handle both existing customers and potential customer general enquiries to meet a high customer services level;

· Responsible for keep track of market change to cope with both booking timelines and customers' requirement.

· To build up and leverage customer relationship.

· Any other ad hoc duties when necessary.

· Working Time :  Flexible Hours

Education and Experience requirements:

· Minimum of 1 years experiences in services release logistics

· Graduate with no working experience

· College degree or above

Skills and Competencies :

· Industry knowledge for handling procedures of airfreight

· Cooperative, and real team player with broad business insight

· Overnight duty is required

· Self- disciplined and good time management

· Accountable and responsible: Positive attitude under pressure

· Ability to work accurately, whilst under pressure

· Self-motivated and have ability to work effectively alone or as part of a team
