岗位职责：

1、 独立运营公司企业店铺，包括微淘内容撰写、商品上下架排期，制定店铺活动节点和营销方案，熟悉淘系推广方式，如淘宝直通车、淘宝客等；

2、 负责完成淘宝店铺的销售和利润目标，推动店铺层级、排名、DSR等各项指标持续改善；

3、 根据模板，制作详情页、头图和活动促销海报；

4、 对接天猫海外店铺的负责人，汇总每日订单问题，并解决问题；

5、 小批量批发订单的报价，与仓库沟通售后问题，与设计部门沟通了解产品信息；

6、 记录整理数据：流量数据，营销数据，交易数据，产品数据；

7、 有各种推广渠道，能够洽谈合作推广，提升店铺和品牌的知名度。

8、 完成主管布置的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、 有一年左以上的淘系运营经验或其他店铺运营经验，熟悉淘宝运营优化规则，有成功案例优先考虑；

2、 会用ps、ai，能够制作简单的图片及海报，有一定审美能力；

3、 能够撰写原创或伪原创文章，关注热点新闻，来帮助品牌达到曝光量；

4、 了解工业设计行业，有设计背景的优先考虑，有家电家居、厨电家装、小家电等品类运营经验优先；

5、 英文听说读写良好的加分，性格热情，勇于表达自己，容易与他人沟通

Allocacoc was founded in 2010 by Yixia Jiang and Arthur Limpens, two graduates of industrial design engineering at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. Allocacoc focuses on developing innovative consumer electronics, and launching these onto the market.
Allocacoc’s vision is to set ‘a different standard’:
“We critically look at well established, commonplace products, and rethink these. Our     ultimate goal by doing so is to create a different standard, so that when someone is     asked to picture a certain product, they picture our product, and will have forgotten     about the previous design.”
