Sourcing Manager / Deputy General Manager

Key Responsibilities: Include the following but not limited to
？ Provide strategic sourcing leadership, participate in the development and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies
？ Source and qualify suppliers on behalf of the European organization Work.
？ Conduct supplier price negotiations and securing good and stable supply of products in a highly competitive global market.
？ Manage the commercial relationship with suppliers.
？ Have overall control of all outstanding projects and Participate in the front-line operation when needed to ensure that the goods with right quality and quantity be shipped in the agreed time.
？ Communicate and coordinate actively to solve complaints and claims when raised.
？ Timely intervention in any communication problems, to ensure smooth progress of work.
？ Manages the team staff effectively, and ensures department objectives are in place, regularly reviewed, and assessed against in accordance with performance management requirements.
？ Provide back up support for the General Manager Pacombi Group Asia as deputy General Manager

Required:
？ Bachelor degree or above
？ Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, able to chair the meeting in English
？ Minimum 7 – 10 years of sourcing/purchasing/management experience
？ Experience in packaging and disposable business
？ Experience working in international companies
？ Experience working with high pressure and focusing on the results
？ Have management/planning ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
？ Be objective and deal with problems calm, prompt and comprehensive
？ Strong negotiation skills, decision making and team work
？ Demonstrated impartiality in management and can initiate and execute management decision with the right attitude.
？ Improves the performance of the group, uses appropriate interpersonal skills, styles and methods to influence others to action, help people to learn, from both success and failure. Knows when to praise, credit and when to take strong lead for change.
？ Open-minded, seeks advice and input to drive high performance, acknowledges other people’s concerns, ideas and is supportive and empathetic.

Preferred:
？ Western Education background
？ MBA or certification as a supply chain professional
？ In-depth understanding of planning processes including MRP, forecasting, establishing min/max reorder points, inventory optimization, and other related processes 举报 分享
