职位描述：
岗位职责： 1.公司行政事务及内部日常事务工作。
          2.监督及执行公司规章制度和员工守则。
          3.会议安排，会议记录，会后内容整理工作。
           4.公司快递收发， 各部门办公用品及分发。
           5.面试接待，应聘人员预约，入职人员手续办理，内部人员档案建立于管理。
           6.出差行程安排，机票，酒店安排。
           7. 公司活动的组织与安排。
           8. 公司合同，租赁协议的管理。

   

任职资格：1、大专及以上学历，商务英语类相关专业优先；2、有外企工作经历者优先考虑；3、行政管理工作经历优先；内心，细心、团队合作精神。
?工作时间：周一到周五，上午09：00am-6:00pm
