职位描述：
一是对董事会负责，在董事会的授权下，执行董事会的战略决策，实现董事会制定的经营目标。
二是通过组建必要的职能部门，组聘管理人员，形成一个以总经理为中心的组织、管理、领导体系，实施对公司的有效管理。
三是负责公司日常业务的经营管理，经董事会授权，对外签订合同和处理业务。
四是组织经营管理班子，提出任免副总经理及部门经理等高级职员的人选，并报董事会批准。
五是定期向董事会报告业务情况，向董事会提交年度报告及各种报表、计划、方案，包括经营计划、利润分配方案等。
薪酬模式：年薪加股权。

任职条件：
1. 本科以上，年龄在50岁以下；
2. 有外企或大型国企相关领域工作经历者优先考虑；
