商务经理工作的内容版块涉及商务旅行、组织会展、招商等方面，需要根据行业和市场的情况来制定公司的商务策略，建立商务运行团队，利用公司的内外部资源实现公司商务活动顺利进行。具体的工作内容包括：
1、制定部门工作计划，并严格执行实施。
2、根据市场战略，负责与合作伙伴的关系建立、巩固与维系。
3、按照需要制定合同，并与商业客户签订合同，保障公司经营目标的实现。
4、解决与合作伙伴之间的商务冲突，保持良好的合作关系。
5、通过对合作伙伴的业务数据分析，发现合作中的问题并提出解决建议。
