公司在文化执行上分为教育培训和文化交流两个大版块，主要的工作职责包括：
1、负责为公司旗下教育培训项目策划全年工作方案，培训内容涉及非洲鼓、汉语教学、舞蹈演艺、创客孵化中心等；
2、负责策划促进中非文化交流项目，内容涉及非洲生活体验馆、中小学科普基地、主题文化周、影视交流等；
3、负责培训师资队伍建设，建立专家和培训师资人才库；
4、对内与各部门、各项目方的沟通协调，确保活动顺利开展；
5、对外开拓优质的渠道资源及客户资源，并建立良好合作关系；
6、有效进行部门员工的日常监管，确保部门业务和日常工作有序运行。 举报 分享
