服务描述：
Identify continuous improvement opportunities to generate increased profitability mainly through cost reduction on Supply Chain Data analysis, Inventory Management, etc.
Responsible for the Material Master management and system support for new project or product phase in and old product phase out.
Lead for the continuous improvement project on MM, IE Management, Project Management, etc.
Responsible for overall supply chain KPI construction and report
Organize the inner and cross function communication include monthly IBM meeting, SCM Monthly meeting, etc. And follow up the related action plans.
Work with IT team to construct SCM needed IT tools.
Assist CI Manager in execution and project management of initiatives
Support, mentor and develop employees at all levels of the organization on continuous improvement techniques and tools
通过数据分析降低成本, 库存管理来提出相应改进措施，增加了供应链的盈利能力。
负责物料主数据管理和系统支持，为新旧项目产品更新淘汰提供支持
领导MM, IE Management, Project Management等项目的持续改进措施。
整体供应链KPI建设和报告
组织内外部沟通，参与IBM月度会议,SCM每月例会等，跟进相关的行动计划。
与IT团队合作,构建供应链管理需要的工具。
协助CI经理执行和管理项目计划
支持,指导和发展组织的各级员工持续改进组织技术及工具

岗位要求:
Bachelor or above with major in Supply Chain, Engineer.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in the supply chain daily operation and continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to link different departments and deliver the result.
Proactive and be able to work under pressure.
Well Data sensitive and Excel Skill.
Good English skills including speaking and writing.
Good computer application skill, SAP experience is obligatory.
本科或以上学历,Supply Chain, Engineer相关专业
2 - 5年供应链的日常运作和持续改进经验。
良好的人际关系和沟通能力。
积极主动,能够在压力下工作。
良好的数据敏感和Excel的技能。
良好的英语能力,包括口语和写作。
良好的计算机应用能力,SAP经验是必修。
