Job Summary and Mission
This job contributes to Starbucks success by ensuring accurate and timely completion of routine accounting functions requiring full professional competency for assigned accounting functions in CATS service delivery. Maintain one or more combination of accounting, cost systems and assists business unit in interpreting financial reports for assigned accounting functions in CATS service delivery. Act as team player and participle in CATS initiatives to improve accounting processes and the comprehension of accounting data. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- VAT-Input Invoice Scan by each Taxpayer
- Download invoice information and upload to Hante
- VAT input invoice management system master data maintenance including but not limited to tax hierarchy update, store information update, system monthly closing, monthly output invoicing information uploading, which is generated by system
- Data review and reconciliation: double check and verify VAT input and VAT input transfer out amount. Daily/monthly reconciles between oracle chart of accounts and VAT input invoice management system’s record. Monthly VAT accounts reconciliation in Blackline
- Key-in VAT transfer-out amount in Hante
- Express delivery VAT-Input Invoice to Regional if any
- Monthly Key-in VAT Results in Hante before Tax filing.
- Co-ordinate with regional tax accountant for tax issue
- Co-ordinate with Vendor for Hante system issue.
- Split multiple VAT rate by one Invoice in Hante.
- VAT Input Invoice filing.

岗位要求
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree, Accounting or Supply Chain preferred
- Fluent spoken and written English skill
- Tax, such as VAT, CIT, etc., expertise and working experience
- Good customer service mindset and communication skill
- Performance and target driven
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline and SLA requirements
- Ability to work in a standardized environment with occasional variables
- Ability to work as a part of a team and assist in problem-solving
- Ability to handle issues with limited direction and document results
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with emphasis in MS Excel skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc)
