服务描述/ Brief description of service:
【工作内容主要是协助柜台的陈列，展示，及维护，需要同供应商有良好的沟通，最好会看图纸，英语书面】
1. Coordinated support for new project（new counter、renovation counter、SPA）
According to Architectural Desinger's requirements, prapare design feedback information and back to vendor.
Paper work for offical files for store.(sign the chop, forward the fax…)
Collect projects tracking from key vendors weekly.
Coordinate opening date with vendor/store/sales.
Update projects tracking to BD.
2. Temporary counter arrangement
Based on the opening data,collect the information of temporary counter's location.
Coordinate the temporary counter.
Coordinate VM material and reused furniture with relative person
3. Counter daily maintenance
Collect maintenance application from SOP weekly.
Arrange relative vendor to do the maintenance weekly.
Collect the maintenance report from vendors and back to SOP.
Tipical maintenance issues analysis.
4. Deal with finance processs including release PR / go through PV & update the cost tracking/capex application

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
-At least 1 year working experiences or previous experience in retail industry
-Very organized and hardworking.
-Have enthusiasm for the cosmetic industry.
-Good communicate skills.
-Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
