职位描述：
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Minimum 2 years experience from an administrative assistant position
-Good planning and organization skills
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to multi-task, with a good eye for details
-Able to communicate clearly in writing
-Familiarity with IT and able to use this efficiently and effectively especially MS Office applications

Languages
-Fluent in English and Mandarin

Personality
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Flexible, positive outgoing personality with high level of drive and enthusiasm

Target:
-Support the Director to ensure general administrative processes are engaged and effectively implemented
-Support the department team members with necessary administrative tasks which include expenses processing, travel needs, meeting requirements, filing requirements and reception duties.
-Develop professional relationships with internal and external partners – suppliers, external consultants and internal teams/counterparts
-Adhere to Celgene’s Standard Procedures and Guidelines within the areas of responsibility.
-Manage resources effectively and efficiently

Skills and qualifications required:
University degree
Minimum 1－2 years of relative work experience in MNC
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Organized and self-discipline
Must be able to appropriately handle confidential information.
Ability to function productively in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
