职位描述
工作内容:
Provide the analytical support to ensure the smooth operation within SCM Purchasing, look for continuous process improvement and take the lead on special programs with full engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide range feedback to MOPS based on SAP MRP & Buy Plan results on regular basis according to GTM timeline.
Check article extension & master data flow from RMA in AFS and perform article maintenance in SAP by adding local attributes and ensuring its accuracy
Maintain article local attributes in adiPortal in a timely manner and ensure accuracy/consistency with SAP
Select articles into Trade Meeting in adiPortal and maintain correct size range & SRD
Place purchase orders in SAP based on SMT approval decision according to order cutoff timeline, split by DC and business model
Monitor PO transfer status to ensure all the POs are transferred to GPS successfully and track all PO confirmations on daily basis
Monitor factory MDP performance, assess the impact on aChina launch and take the actions to improve deliveries
Support all systems’ testing for system RFC implementation or special projects
Take initiatives to work with related depts. towards outstanding delivery, financial or operational issues and take prompt action for problem solving
Provide analysis reports as needed
Take lead to make improvement on operation processes for better efficiency
工作要求
Bachelor’s degree is a must
3-5 years purchasing experience in retail/FMCG preferred (not including non-trade procurement)
Fluent in oral & written English and Mandarin
Strong PC skills (Excel. PowerPoint, SAP)
